Making this mouth guard appropriate :

-       Bring water to boil -
-       After cooking, remove the pan from the heat source.
-       Let the water stand for 30 seconds before putting the mouthguard into the hot water
-       Put the mouthguard for 90 seconds in the hot water.
-       Place the mouth guard nice and right on your upper teeth and first press it first firmly with your fingers.
-       Than bite slowly and hard enough you're teeth together. 
-       Wait 30 seconds 
-       Then gently pull the mouth guard out of your mouth -.
-       Let the mouth Guard 20 seconds to cool down in cold water
-       If it did not work well with the 1st time, you can repeat this.
