The RB Hand grippers are made in Austria by grip legend Robert Baraban and are among the highest quality grippers available.

These hand grippers are the ideal tool to train the fingers and hands and are perfect for developing muscular forearms and a strong grip. Indispensable for athletes for whom grip strength is essential, such as strength athletes, mountain climbers, gymnasts, tennis players and baseball players. The RB Handgrippers are available in no fewer than 12 different resistances:

RB70 - Training model for beginners, women and young people or as a warm-up
RB100 - Entry-level model for athletes without real experience with grip training (approximately 30 kg)
RB130 - A challenge for inexperienced athletes and novice strength athletes
RB160 - For athletes and strength athletes with normal grip strength
RB180 - Challenging for athletes and strength athletes with good grip strength
RB210 - Starting point for athletes who have already specifically trained their grip (approximately 60 kg)
RB240+ - Developed for athletes who do serious grip training

The same model numbers of different brands of grippers do not always have the same resistance, because each brand determines the resistance differently. For example, the resistance of the RB100 is approximately 30 kg and of the RB210 approximately 60 kg.

The exact resistance may vary slightly per specimen due to the production process of the springs.
